Abstract

"LáMINAS DEGRADáVEIS PARA MOLDES DE CURA DE PNEUMáTICOS". Lâmina de talho degradável (40a-d) para formação de talhos (20a-d) em uma banda de rodagem de pneumático (12, onde o material degradável pode ser removido por exposição a água. O aparelho para cura de pneumático (30) é também provido com várias lâminas de talho degradáveis (40a-d) anexadas a superfície do molde (36) dentro do padrão da banda de rodagem. Além disso, é provido um pneumático curado possuindo as lâminas de talho degradáveis (40a-d) embutidas nos elementos de banda de rodagem (14<39>) da banda de rodagem de pneumático (12<39>), após remoção da banda de rodagem curada do molde de cura (30). é adicionalmente provido um processo para formação de talhos (20a-d) em uma banda de rodagem (12) usando lâminas degradáveis (40a-d).
