Description
「生分解性ポリマー」は、細菌、菌類、および藻類などの微生物、および/または自然環境因子によって分解される任意のポリマー物質を指す。
したがって、サイプブレードが、硬化したタイヤから容易に取り外され、かつタイヤトレッドを損傷しない、タイヤトレッドにサイプを形成する方法を開発する必要がある。

Claims (3)
- タイヤ硬化金型の表面に取り付け可能でかつ前記表面から取り外し可能で、硬化したタイヤトレッドにサイプを形成する形状を有する分解性のサイプブレードであって、
水溶性ポリマー、加水分解性ポリマー、または生分解性ポリマー、あるいはそれらの組合せであり、水にさらすことによって前記硬化したタイヤトレッドから除去することができ、かつ前記タイヤ硬化金型内でグリーンタイヤ化合物に埋め込まれている間に前記サイプブレードに加えられる加硫温度で前記形状を維持することができる材料を有するサイプブレード。 - 加硫されたゴム化合物を有し、接地するように構成された頂面をそれぞれが有する隆起した複数のトレッド部材の輪郭を定めるくぼみ状の溝のパターンを持っているトレッドと、
前記隆起したトレッド部材にそれぞれの前記頂面に隣接して位置し、かつ分解時に前記隆起したトレッド部材にサイプのパターンを残すように形作られた複数の分解性サイプブレードであって、水溶性ポリマー、加水分解性ポリマー、または生分解性ポリマー、あるいはそれらの組合せであり、水にさらすことによって前記トレッドから除去することのできる材料を含む複数の分解性サイプブレードと、
を有するタイヤ。 - タイヤ硬化金型に形成されたトレッドパターンの雌形のくぼみ面に分解性サイプブレードを取り付けることと、
前記タイヤ硬化金型の前記トレッドパターンの前記雌形に未硬化のトレッドストリップを押し込み、それによって前記分解性サイプブレードを前記未硬化のトレッドストリップに押し込むことと、
前記タイヤ硬化金型内の前記未硬化のタイヤストリップに加硫温度を加えて硬化したタイヤトレッドを形成することであって、前記分解性サイプブレードは前記加硫温度でその形状を維持できる材料を有していることと、
前記タイヤ硬化金型から硬化したタイヤトレッドを取り外し、それによって、前記分解性サイプブレードが、前記硬化したタイヤトレッドに形成された前記トレッドパターンの雄形の隆起したトレッド部材に埋め込まれるように、前記くぼみ面から前記複数の分解性サイプブレードを取り外すことと、
前記分解性サイプブレードを水にさらして前記分解性サイプブレードを除去し、前記隆起したトレッド部材に形成された複数のサイプを残すことと、
を含む方法。
