Abstract

"CATALISADOR DE (AM)OXIDAçãO, PROCESSOS PARA A PREPARAçãO DO MESMO E PARA A PREPARAçãO DA SUPERFìCIE DE UM OU MAIS CATALISADORES DE óXIDO METáLICO MISTURADO, SISTEMA CATALìTICO MODIFICADO, E, PROCESSO PARA MELHORAR, REFORçAR, RESTABELECER OU RECONSTRUIR A SUPERFìCIE DE UM OU MAIS CATALISADORES DE óXIDOS METáLICOS MISTURADOS". A presente invenção refere-se a catalisadores de óxido metálico misturado (MMO1). A performance de catalisador MMO1 é melhorada com uma deposição de sub-monocamada de Te em sua superfície por deposição de vapor. A seletividade para ácido acrílico melhorou em aproximadamente 6% e a produtividade de ácido acrílico em 3%, absolutos. A aplicação de um carregamento de Te similar em MMO1 por métodos de impregnação a úmido não melhorou a performance do catalisador. Pós-tratamento do catalisador de MMO1 depositado com vapor de Te com oxigênio em temperaturas elevadas forneceu performance catalítica melhorada quando comparada com uma amostra correspondente tratada com um gás inerte nas mesmas temperaturas elevadas.
