Abstract
"áCIDO NUCLEICO DE LMP ISOLADO, VETOR DE EXPRESSãO, E, MéTODOS PARA PRODUZIR UMA PLANTA TRANSGêNICA E PARA MODULAR O NìVEL DE UM COMPOSTO DE ARMAZENAGEM DE SEMENTE EM UMA PLANTA". ácidos nucleicos isolados e proteínas associadas com a regulagem do metabolismo de lipídeo e açúcar são fornecidos. Em particular, proteinas do metabolismo de lipídeo (LMP) e codificando ácidos nucleicos que se originam de Arabidopsis thaliana, Brassica napus e Helianthus annuus são fornecidas. Os ácidos nucleicos e proteínas são usados em métodos de produzir plantas transgênicas e níveis moduladores de compostos de armazenagem de semente. Preferivelmente, os compostos de armazenagem de semente são lipídeos, ácidos graxos, amidos ou proteínas de armazenagem de semente.
