Abstract

áCIDO NUCLEICO DA PROTEìNA DO METABOLISMO DE LIPìDEO (LMP) ISOLADO, VETOR DE EXPRESSãO, MéTODOS PARA PRODUZIR UMA PLANTA TRANSGêNICA POSSUINDO UM NìVEL MODIFICADO DE UM COMPOSTO DE ARMAZENAMENTO DA SEMENTE, E DE MODULAçãO DO NìVEL DE UM COMPOSTO DE ARMAZENAMENTO DA SEMENTE E DO NúMERO E/OU DO TAMANHO DE UM OU MAIS óRGãOS DE PLANTA EM UMA PLANTA, E, PLANTA TRANSGêNICA ácidos nucléicos isolados e proteínas associadas com regulação do metabolismo de lipídeo e de açúcar são proporcionados. Em particular, proteínas do metabolismo de lipídeo (LMP) e ácidos nucléicos codificadores originários de Arabidopsis thaliana, Brassica napus, Glycine max, Oryza sativa, e Triticum aeseivum são proporcionados. Os ácidos nucléicos e as proteínas são usados em métodos de produção de plantas transgénicas e de modulação dos níveis de compostos de armazenamento da semente. Preferivelmente, os compostos de armazenamento da semente são lipídeos, ácidos graxos, amidos, ou proteínas armazenados em semente. Os ácidos nucléicos e as proteínas também são usados em métodos de modulação do tamanho de semente, do número de sementes, do peso de semente, do comprimento da raiz, e do tamanho das folhas de plantas.
