Abstract

Saco de embalagem a granel com paredes múltiplas e aparelho para fabricar o saco A presente invenção se refere a uma saco de paredes múltiplas que compreende uma bolsa interna polimérica (5) e um saquinho externo de papel (7). O saquinho externo possui uma lateral traseira com uma aba superior ereta (15) e fixada à lateral frontal (11) está uma folha de cobertura (9) possuindo um tira de rasgo (13) de fácil abertura. O saco possui uma extremidade superior que (a) é aberta na forma manufaturada do saco, e (b) pode ser fechada para formar uma extremidade de bloco superior. O saco possui adesivo sensível a pressão (21) que conecta a bolsa interna com as laterais traseira e frontal do saquinho externo na extremidade superior. A adesão é maior sobre um das laterais frontal ou traseira para permitir destacamento da bolsa interna a partir de uma lateral do saquinho externo após vedação térmica da bolsa interna fechada. Quando a extremidade aberta do saco é dobrada para formar uma extremidade de bloco superior fechada, a aba superior com uma tira adesiva (17) ativada por fundição por calor ou ativada termicamente é aderida a uma porção superior (9b) da folha de cobertura (9).
