Abstract

"ESTRUTURA EM CAMADAS". A presente invenção refere-se a uma estrutura em camadas compreendendo uma primeira camada intermediária, a dita primeira camada intermediária compreendendo pelo menos um elemento do grupo IVB, grupo VB ou grupo VIB; uma segunda camada intermediária depositada em cima da dita primeira camada intermediária, a dita segunda camada intermediária compreendendo uma composição nanocompósita semelhante a diamante; uma camada de carbono semelhante a diamante depositada em cima da dita segunda camada intermediária. A invenção adicionalmente refere-se ao uso de um substrato revestido com uma tal estrutura em camadas para aplicações de alto cisalhamento e/ou alto impacto e a um método para cobrir um substrato com uma tal estrutura em camadas.
