Claims (12)
1. Слоистая структура, включающая
первый промежуточный слой, причем упомянутый первый промежуточный слой включает, по меньшей мере, один элемент группы IVB, группы VB или группы VIB;
второй промежуточный слой, нанесенный на поверхность упомянутого первого промежуточного слоя, причем упомянутый второй промежуточный слой включает алмазоподобную нанокомпозитную структуру;
алмазоподобный углеродный слой, нанесенный на поверхность второго упомянутого промежуточного слоя.
2. Слоистая структура по п.1, где названный первый промежуточный слой включает титан и/или хром.
3. Слоистая структура по п.1 или 2, где названная структура дополнительно включает, по меньшей мере, один слой, включающий алмазоподобную нанокомпозитную структуру, на поверхности названного алмазоподобного углеродного слоя.
4. Слоистая структура по п.1 или 2, где названный первый промежуточный слой имеет толщину от 0,001 до 1 мкм.
5. Слоистая структура по п.1 или 2, где названный второй промежуточный слой имеет толщину от 0,01 до 5 мкм.
6. Слоистая структура по п.1 или 2, где названный алмазоподобный углеродный слой имеет толщину между 0,1 и 10 мкм.
7. Слоистая структура по п.1 или 2, где названная нанокомпозитная структура включает количество к сумме С, Si и О от 40 до 90 ат.% С, от 5 до 40 ат.% Si и от 5 до 25 ат.% О.
8. Слоистая структура по п.1 или 2, где названный второй промежуточный слой включает легированную металлом алмазоподобную нанокомпозитную структуру.
9. Слоистая структура по п.1 или 2, где названный алмазоподобный углеродный слой легирован металлом.
10. Подложка, покрытая, по меньшей мере, частично одной слоистой структурой по любому одному из пп.1-9.
11. Применение подложки по п.10 в условиях высокой силы сдвига и/или удара.
12. Способ покрытия подложки слоистой структурой по любому одному из пп.1-9, где названный способ включает стадии
обеспечения подложки;
нанесение первого промежуточного слоя, причем упомянутый первый промежуточный слой включает, по меньшей мере, один элемент группы IVB, группы VB или группы VIB;
нанесение второго промежуточного слоя, причем упомянутый второй промежуточный слой, включает алмазоподобную нанокомпозитную структуру;
нанесение алмазоподобного углеродного слоя.
