Abstract

"PROCESSO DE BRASAGEM DE TIRAS FEITAS DE LIGA DE ALUMìNIO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de reunião de chapas feitas de liga de alumínio que compreende uma brasagem sem fluxo sob atmosfera controlada a uma temperatura compreendida entre 580 e 620<198>C, um resfriamento rápido e eventualmente um revenido a uma temperatura compreendida entre 80 e 250<198>C, e no qual pelo menos uma das chapas é constituída por uma liga com alma de composição (% em peso): Si : 0,3 - 1,0 Fe < 1,0 Cu: 0,3 - 1,0 Mn: 0,3 - 2,0 Mg :0,3 - 3,0 Zn < 6,0 Ti < 0,1 Zr < 0,3 Cr < 0,3 Ni < 2,0 Co < 2,0 Bi < 0,5 Y < 0,5 outros elementos < 0,05 cada um deles e 0,15 no total, resto alumínio, e revestida em pelo menos uma face com uma liga de alumínio de brasagem que contém de 4 a 15 % de silício e de 0,01 a 0,5 % de pelo menos um dos elementos Ag, Be, Bi, Ce, La, Pb, Pd, Sb, Y ou de mischmetal. O processo é destinado notadamente à brasagem sem fluxo dos trocadores térmicos.
