Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte for sammenføyning av plater av aluminiumslegering, som omfatter slaglodding uten flussmiddel, i en kontrollert atmosfære, ved en temperatur på 580 til 620'Q en hurtig avkjøling og eventuelt aldring ved en temperatur mellom 80 og 250'C, hvori minst en av platene har en kjernelegering omfattende (vekt%): Si: 0,3 - 1,0 Fe < 1,0 Cu: 0,3 - 1,0 @@: 0,3 - 2,0 Mg: 0,3 - 3,0 Zn < 6,0 Ti < 0,1 Zr < 0,3 Cr < 0,3 Ni < 2,0 Co < 2,0 Bi < 0,5 Y < 0, 5 andre elementer < 0,05 hver og 0,15 totalt, resten er aluminium, og belagt på minst én side med et aluminiumshardlodd som inneholder 4-15% silisium og 0,01-0,5% av minst ett av elementene Ag, Be, Bi, Ce, La, Pb, Pd, Sb, Y eller av mischmetall.Fremgangsmåten er særlig beregnet til slaglodding uten flussmiddel av varmevekslere.
