"SISTEMAS DE EXPRESSãO DE PROTEìNA APERFEIçOADOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de expressão aperfeiçoado para a produção de um polipeptídeo recombinante utilizando marcadores selecionáveis auxotróficos.
