Abstract

"UNIDADE PARA CONFORMAçãO E VEDAçãO". Uma unidade de conformação e vedação (1) para produzir embalagens vedadas assépticas a partir de um tubo (2) de material para acondicionamento enchido com um produto alimentício despejável, a unidade tendo uma estrutura fixa (3); e dois conjuntos de conformação (5, 5<39>) que interagem alternadamente e ciclicamente com o tubo (2) de material para acondicionamento, e que tem respectivos pares de mandíbulas (7) móveis entre uma posição aberta e uma posição fechada na qual eles pegam o tubo (2) do material para acondicionamento entre respectivos dispositivos de vedação (13, 14) e respectivas palhetas de conformação (21) entre diferentes tipos de palhetas de conformação (21a, 21b) para produzir tipos diferentes de embalagem, e tendo respectivas porções de conformação de meias cascas (22) que circundam o tubo (2) de material para acondicionamento para determinar o volume e forma das embalagens; o movimento de aproximação das palhetas de conformação (21) no sentido do tubo (2) de material para acondicionamento é controlado por meio de dispositivo came fixo (35) que tem diferentes perfis de trabalho (37, 38) engatados de maneira seletiva por roletes seguidores de came (30) das palhetas de conformação (21), dependendo do tipo de palhetas de conformação utilizadas (21a, 21b).
