Abstract
"COMPOSIçãO, MéTODOS DE MANUFATURA DE UMA BEBIDA OU PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO E DE MANUFATURA DE UMA BEBIDA CONTENDO LúPULO, USO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO, PROCESSO PARA A MANUFATURA DE UMA COMPOSIçãO, BEBIDA OU PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO, E, BEBIDA CONTENDO LúPULO". Um aspecto da presente invenção refere-se a uma composição, que pode, de modo adequado, ser usada como um aditivo em bebidas e produtos alimentícios, cuja composição contém pelo menos 0,5%, preferivelmente pelo menos 1,0%, em peso, de material seco, de derivados de pirazina de acordo com a fórmula (I); em que R~ 1~-R~ 4~ representam independentemente hidrogênio; um resíduo de hidróxi hidrocarbila; um éster de um resíduo de hidróxi hidrocarbila; ou um éter de um resíduo de hidróxi hidrocarbila; e pelo menos um de R~ 1~-R~ 4~ é um resíduo de hidróxi hidrocarbila ou um éster ou um éter do mesmo, e exibe uma razão de absorção A~ 280/560~ de pelo menos 80, preferivelmente de pelo menos 250. A invenção refere-se também a um método de manufatura de uma bebida ou produto alimentício, que é resistente a alterações de flavor induzidas pela luz, o referido método compreendendo introduzir na referida bebida ou produto alimentício a composição de estabilização à luz antes mencionada e um processo para a manufatura de uma tal composição de estabilização à luz.
