Abstract

"PROCEDIMENTO E INSTALAçãO PARA GRANULAR ESCóRIA". A presente invenção se refere a um procedimento para granular escória, em particular, proveniente de um alto-forno e / ou de uma instalação redutora de fundição, sendo que uma mistura de granulado e água que é formada durante o processo de granulação é conduzida para um recipiente de granulação (4) e, posteriormente, para uma instalação de drenagem, na qual o granulado de escória é drenado, e sendo que os vapores e gases contendo H~ 2~S que se constituem durante a granulação são condensados pelo menos parcialmente numa câmara de condensação, ao se introduzir água por bocais, sendo que a câmara de condensação está conectada ao recipiente de granulação (4) no sentido do fluxo, e sendo que os gases residuais contendo H~ 2~S são removidos da câmara de condensação abaixo dos bocais para introdução de água, e o H~ 2~S é queimado.
