Abstract
"MéTODO DE CLIVAGEM DE POLIPEPTìDEO USANDO VARIANTE DE PROTEASE OmpT". A presente invenção refere-se a um método de clivagem de polipeptídeo caracterizado pelo fato de que arginina ou lisina está na posição P1 de um sítio de clivagem desejado em um polipeptídeo, um outro aminoácido que não ácido aspártico, ácido glutâmico ou prolina está na posição P1<39>, um aminoácido básico simples ou dois ou três aminoácidos básicos consecutivos estão localizados em qualquer local na seqüência de aminoácidos da posição P10 para a posição P3 ou da posição P3<39> para a posição P5<39>(contanto que um aminoácido básico simples não esteja localizado na posição P6 ou P4) e protease OmpT ou sua enzima variante tendo uma substituição no 97<198> aminoácido a partir do N-término é usada para clivar o sítio de clivagem desejado no polipeptídeo.
