Abstract

"CONCENTRADO DE LICOPENO NATURAL E PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um concentrado de licopeno natural obtido a partir de uma estrutura vegetal após alcalinização, separação de sólido-líquido, acidificação e uma segunda separação de sólido-líquido. O concentrado obtido é altamente biodisponível e solúvel em água à temperatura ambiente.
