Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO LAMINADOR". A presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo laminador (1) que apresenta pelo menos dois cilindros trabalhadores (2, 3) que são apoiados num montante de cilindros (6) por meio de ferragens dos cilindros trabalhadores (4, 5), sendo que pelo menos um dos cilindros trabalhadores (2, 3) pode ser ajustado no montante de cilindros (6), especialmente no sentido vertical, para ajustar um espaço de laminação desejado em relação ao outro cilindro trabalhador (2, 3), sendo que pelo menos um cilindro trabalhador (2, 3) está em ligação ativa com meios para dobrar (7), através dos quais esse cilindro pode ser atingido com um momento de flexão, e sendo que a ferragem dos cilindros trabalhadores (4, 5) apresenta braços (9, 10) que, quando vistos a partir do eixo (8) dos cilindros trabalhadores (2, 3) se projetam lateralmente para fora, para absorver a força gerada pelos meios para dobrar (7). Para aprimorar a possibilidade de ajustar o dispositivo laminador para realizar uma grande abertura de cilindros, a presente invenção prevê que um elemento de transferência de pressão (12) que pode ser deslocado em relação ao montante de cilindros (6), em particular, no sentido vertical, está posicionado entre um elemento (11) dos meios para dobrar (7) que gera a força de pressão, especialmente um êmbolo, e o braço (9, 10) da ferragem dos cilindros trabalhadores (4, 5) que se projeta para fora.
