Abstract

"INTENSIFICADOR DE GOSTO ENCORPADO, E, ALIMENTO". Um intensificador de gosto totalmente encorpado capaz de apresentar uma forte exibição de gosto encorpado, especificamente, um intensificador de gosto encorpado, de resistência elevada, tendo um baixo teor de gordura ou de composição de óleo. O intensificador de gosto encorpado tem um teor de composição de gordura ou de óleo tão baixo que pode ser obtida uma redução de calorias, é efetivo com a adição de uma pequena quantidade do mesmo e é aplicável em alimentos contendo originalmente muito pouca gordura ou óleo, como a sopa leve ou a sopa 'miso'. Especialmente, é apresentado um intensificador de gosto encorpado, compreendendo um produto da decomposição de ácido graxo de cadeia longa altamente insaturado e/ou do éster do mesmo; um intensificador de gosto encorpado, composto de um extrato de um produto da decomposição de ácido graxo de cadeia longa altamente insaturado e/ou de éster do mesmo; e um alimento compreendendo tal intensificador de gosto encorpado.
