Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA FIAçãO EM FUSãO PAPA PRODUZIR ARTIGO, E, MONOFILAMENTO DE TPU FIADO EM FUSãO OU FITA ELáSTICA". Artigos tais como fita elástica fiada em fusão e fibras de monofilamento com denier pesado são produzidos de polímeros de poliuretano termoplástico (TPU). O processo para produzir os artigos envolve o uso de um resfriamento substancialmente horizontal para resfriar os artigos fiados em fusão. De preferência, esse resfriamento é levado a efeito em um banho de água. Um agente reticulador é adicionado ao fundido de polímero de TPU para acentuar as propriedades elásticas dos artigos.
