Abstract
"CONJUNTO DE BATERIA E PROCESSO DE SUA FABRICAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um pacote de bateria tendo uma bateria (2) em que uma caixa de bateria (3) e uma tampa (6) de uma placa de vedação selando uma extremidade aberta da caixa de bateria servirem como eletrodos de conexão de polaridades opostas, uma unidade terminal (13) incluindo terminais de conexão externos (15, 16) respectivamente conectados com estes eletrodos de conexão e uma cobertura isolante integralmente formada com os mesmos, a unidade terminal cobrindo pelo menos uma extremidade da caixa de bateria (3), e um membro resiliente (23) interposto entre uma extremidade da caixa de bateria (3) e a unidade terminal (13) em um estado comprimido. No processo de fabricação deste pacote de bateria, a dimensão entre o terminal (13) e a extremidade oposta da caixa de bateria (3) é controlada ao fixar a unidade terminal (13) com a caixa de bateria (3). O pacote de bateria tem uma configuração simples e de baixo custo e contudo exibe alta confiabilidade em termos do estado de conexão dos terminais de conexão externos quando instalado em um aparelho eletrónico portátil.
