Abstract
"COMPOSIçãO DE INIBIçãO DE MANCHA E ARTIGO CONTENDO-A". Uma composição de polímero de inibição de mancha ('TI') eficaz incluindo um descontaminante para sulfeto de hidrogênio opcionalmente na presença de um gás ácido tal como dióxido de enxofre, fornece proteção excelente contra o manchamento das superfícies lustrosas de um objeto de prata. Quando a composição é termoformada em um recipiente tipo caixa ou extrusada como película que contém partículas em tamanho de mícron sólida uniformemente dispersas do descontaminante escolhido de óxido de zinco e um silicato de um metal alcalino em uma quantidade não maior do que 5% em peso do polímero, é transparente para que a condição da prata armazenada possa ser avaliada. Um adjuvante inerte sólido pode ser adicionado. Todas as partículas sólidas no material têm um tamanho de partícula primário menor do que 53 gm que torna possível obter a dispersão uniforme.
