Abstract

"REVESTIMENTO RESISTENTE à ALTA ABRASãO BASEADO EM áGUA". Um revestimento para tiras de vedação, limpadores de pára-brisa, selantes para porta, selantes para caminhão, selantes para teto solar, selantes para pára-brisa e o semelhante. O revestimento compreende uma fórmula baseada em água que fornece resistência à alta abrasão e, otimamente, também fornece excelente resistência ao desgaste. A propriedade de resistência à abrasão é alcançada por meio de uma combinação de nitreto de boro e resina de silicone de alto peso molecular. Flexibilidade e resistência as intempéries são alcançadas por meio da adição de uma combinação de aglutinante de resina acrílica/de poliuretano/de fluoropolímero e absorvedores e estabilizadores UV elevados. Também fornecido é um método de fabricar tais revestimento que compreende as etapas de pré-dispersar o nitreto de boro em água e então combinar o nitreto de boro pré-dispersado com a resina de silicone e outros ingredientes.
