Abstract
"COMPOSIçãO PARA A PREVENçãO OU TRATAMENTO DE DOENçAS ALéRGICAS USANDO EXTRATO DE ARROZ PRETO E SEU USO TERAPêUTICO". A presente invenção a uma composição para a prevenção ou tratamento de doenças alérgicas usando extrato de arroz preto e seu uso terapêutico. Mais precisamente, a presente invenção refere-se a uma composição para a prevenção ou tratamento de doenças alérgicas compreendendo pelargonidina, glicosídeo de cianidina, ou extrato de arroz preto incluindo pelargonidina e glicosídeo de cianidina, que inibe o acúmulo de eosinófilo nos tecidos, como um ingrediente eficaz e um uso terapêutico desta. A pelargonidina, o glicosídeo de cianidina ou o extrato de arroz preto incluindo pelargonidina e glicosídeo de cianidina inibem o acúmulo de eosinófilo nos tecidos e as inflamações alérgicas desse modo, a fim de que eles possam ser eficazmente usados para a prevenção ou tratamento de doenças alérgicas associadas com inflamação e acúmulo de eosinófilo, tais como rinite alérgica, conjuntivite alérgica, asma, doença pulmonar obstrutiva crónica, dermatite atópica e diarréia alérgica, etc.
