Abstract
"DLC HIDROFìLICO SOBRE SUBSTRATO COM TRATAMENTO COM OXIGêNIO E/OU áGUA QUENTE". A presente invenção refere-se a um substrato (1) que é revestido com uma camada ou camadas de revestimento (3) que inclui, por exemplo, carbono amorfo em uma forma de carbono do tipo de diamante (DLC). O DLC é em seguida tratado com feixe de íons e/ou tratado com um líquido quente e/ou vapor (tal como água quente) de modo a fazer com que o ângulo de contato <sym> do mesmo se reduza. Em determinadas modalidades de exemplo, é usado, pelo menos o gás oxigênio em uma fonte ou fontes de feixes de íon, que gera o feixe ou feixes de íon usados para o tratamento com feixe de íon.
