Abstract

"DISCO DE EMBREAGEM E SISTEMA DE EMBREAGEM". A presente invenção refere-se a descreve-se um disco de embreagem, particularmente utilizado em um sistema de embreagem para realizar o acoplamento seletivo entre um motor e uma transmissão de um veículo automotor, compreendendo um primeiro disco de torção (2), associável ao motor, um segundo disco de retenção (3) rigidamente associado ao disco de torção (2) e um flange (4) associado aos primeiro e segundo discos (2,3) por meio de pelo menos um elemento resiliente de amortecimento (5) definindo um primeiro sistema de amortecimento de vibrações torsionais, um flange (4) estando associado, por meio de um segundo sistema de amortecimento de vibrações torsionais (7), a um cubo (6) associável à transmissão do veículo. O segundo sistema de amortecimento de vibrações torsionais (7) compreende pelo menos um elemento autocentrante de cubo (8) cooperante com o disco de torção (2), o qual um torque de atrito entre ambos e se autocentra quando o sistema (7) realiza o amortecimento das vibrações advindas do motor. Também, a presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de embreagem, particularmente para realizar o acoplamento entre um motor e uma transmissão de um veículo automotor, compreendendo pelo menos um plató, pelo menos um rolamento, pelo menos um meio de acionamento de embreagem e o disco de embreagem (1) ora revelado. Esse sistema pode ser disponibilizado em uma única embalagem de kit para reposição em veículos usados.
