Patente de Invenção: <B>"PRODUçãO DE áCIDO ASCóRBICO USANDO LEVEDURA"<D>. A presente invenção proporciona à produção de ácido ascórbico (ASA) a partir de uma levedura capaz de produzir ASA a partir de ácido 2-ceto-L-gulónico (KLG).
