Abstract

"METODO E APARELHO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UM PRODUTO DE TECIDO FINO SECO DIRETAMENTE SEM UMA TELA DE SECAGEM DIRETA". Método para fabricação de produtos de tecido fino secos diretamente incluindo um secador direto que funciona sem uma tela de secagem direta. A trama do tecido fino é formada de um modo convencional e desidratada até uma alta consistência antes de ser transferida para a superfície do secador direto. A parte interna do secador direto é operada com vácuo enquanto que uma caixa de ar quente serve para insuflar ar quente através da trama no secador. Em um modelo, a superfície do tambor de secagem direta é munida de cristas circunferenciais para propiciar volume e estiramento na direção transversal da máquina ao tecido resultante. Uma lâmina cirúrgica tendo cristas que se entrelaçam com as cristas circunferenciais na superfície do secador direto pode ser usada para remover a folha seca da superfície do secador.
