Abstract

Un método para hacer productos de tisu secados por paso de aire incluye un secador por paso de aire el cual funciona sin una tela de secado por paso deaire. El tejido de tisu está formado de una manera convencional y se deshidrata a una consistenciaalta antes de ser transferido a la superficie del secadorpor paso de aire. El interior del secador por paso de aire opera con un vacío mientras una campana de aire caliente sirve para soplar aire caliente a travésdel tejido dentro del secador. En unarealizacion, la superficie del tambor de secado por paso de aire está provisto de aletas circunferenciales para impartirvolumen y estiramiento en direccion transversal a la máquina al tisu resultante. Una cuchilla raspadora que tiene aletas que se engranan con las aletascircunferenciales sobre la superficie del secador por paso de aire se utiliza para descortezar la lámina secada de la superficie del secador.
