Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"COMPOSIçõES DE RESINA EPóXI CURáVEIS"<B>. Composições de resina epóxi curáveis, que podem ser obtidas por aquecimento de uma composição contendo pelo menos um composto epóxi, que contém, em média, pelo menos um, de preferência mais de um grupo 1,2-epóxi e, opcionalmente também, um ou mais grupos hidroxila na molécula, na presença de pelo menos um ácido de Lewis como catalisador, onde o ácido de Lewis é um sal do ácido trifluormetanossulfonico ou do ácido perclórico cujo contraíon porta uma carga 2 a 6 vezes positiva, até que o valor de epóxi, medido em equivalentes epóxi/kg (Eq/kg) do material de partida, tenha sido reduzido em 1 a 60 porcento, de preferência em 5 a 50 porcento; um processo para sua preparação e seu uso para a preparação de composições ou revestimentos moldados totalmente curados. Também se reivindica, inter alia, compostos epóxi de alto peso molecular de fórmula (IIa) onde A é um radical bivalente alifático ou aromático, B é o radical do dioxano, que é substituído, ou na posição 2 e 5 ou na posição 2 e 6, e que pode estar na forma cis- ou trans- e n é um número inteiro de 1 a 10, preferivelmente 1 a 5.
