Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UM ARTIGO CELULóSICO COMPóSITO, O RESPECTIVO ARTIGO CELULóSICO COMPóSITO E APARELHO PARA INJETAR VAPOR DENTRO DE UMA MATRIZ CONTENDO MATERIAL CELULóSICO E UM AGLUTINANTE DE RESINA". Divulgado neste é um artigo celulósico compósito e processos de prensa de injeção de vapor de produzir o mesmo combinando um aglutinante de resina com material celulósico para formar uma mistura e, por conseguinte, formando uma matriz da mistura de aglutinante de material/resina celulósica e consolidar a matriz em um aparelho de prensagem sob calor, e pressão para formar o produto celulósico consolidado. O cilindro de injeção de vapor inclui aberturas alongadas para injeção de vapor à matriz através de uma chapa de distribuição de vapor adjacente. A chapa de distribuição de vapor inclui fendas em comunicação fluida com as aberturas do cilindro de injeção de vapor e está disposto sobre as aberturas no cilindro de injeção de vapor para obter distribuição de vapor homogênea e completa em toda a matriz durante a consolidação. O vapor é injetado e removido através do mesmo cilindro de injeção de vapor de modo que um cilindro de prensa oposto possa ser texturizado ou profundamente em relevo para fornecer uma variedade de modelos estampados em uma superfície principal do produto celulósico consolidado.
