Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás és berendezés cellulóz tartalmú kompozittermék előállítására, gőzbeinjektálásos módszerrel, amelynél egygyanta kötőanyagot cellulóz tartalmú anyaggal kombinálnak keverékképzése céljából, ebből a keverékből egy paplant formálnak és ezt egynyomóberendezésben gőz és nyomás alatt megszilárdítják, hogy ígymegszilárdított cellulóz tartalmú terméket képezzenek. Egygőzbeinjektáló nyomólap hosszúkás nyílásokat tartalmaz, hogy gőztinjektáljon be a paplanba egy szomszédos gőzelosztó lapon keresztül. Agőzelosztó lapban rések vannak, amelyek a gőzbeinjektáló nyomólapbanlévő nyílásokkal folyadék-összeköttetésben vannak, és a gőzelosztó laprései a nyomólap nyílásai fölött van elhelyezve, hogy a gőz homogén ésjó eloszlását biztosítsák az egész paplanon keresztül a megszilárdulásalatt.
