Abstract

"FIXADOR DE PARAFUSO FORMADOR DE ROSCA DE LIGA LEVE E PROCESSO DE PRODUZIR O MESMO". A invenção refere-se a um fixador de parafuso formador de rosca (10,20,40,60,80,100) produzido de uma liga de metal leve termicamente curável como material de fixador, tendo um fuste (12,22,44,64,84,104) que compreende uma rosca (14,26,48,70,86,106) com flancos de rosca e numa extremidade uma ponta cónica abridora de rosca e, se requerido, autoperfurante. A dita ponta cónica tem uma microestrutura que dota o fixador de parafuso formador de rosca de propriedades de resistência particularmente elevadas, pelo que o material do fixador de parafuso formador de rosca de outro modo tem uma microestrutura que dota o fixador de parafuso formador de rosca de propriedades de resistência à corrosão particularmente elevadas. A invenção refere-se também a um processo de produzir um fixador de parafuso formador de rosca, o processo compreendendo as seguintes etapas:- formação do fixador de parafuso formador de rosca por rolar ou usinar para gerar a geometria da rosca; - recozimento por solubilização do fixador de parafuso formador de rosca;- têmpera em água do fixador de parafuso formador de rosca; e - tratamento térmico de precipitação do fixador de parafuso formador de rosca, de acordo com o qual é termicamente tratado diferentemente através de várias partes durante o tratamento térmico de precipitação o fixador de parafuso formador de rosca é termicamente tratado pelo fato da parte distal da cabeça de tal maneira a produzir máxima dureza microestrutural, e com a exceção desta parte distal da cabeça é termicamente tratado de modo a produzir máxima resistência à corrosão.
