Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MOLéCULAS DE áCIDO NUCLéICO CODIFICANTES DE ENZIMAS CONTENDO ATIVIDADE FRUTOSILTRANSFERASE E SEU USO"<D>. Moléculas de ácido nucléico são descritas que codificam polipepitídeos contendo a atividade enzimática de uma frutosiltransferase. Também vetores, células hospedeiras e plantas transgênicas são descritas que contêm tais moléculas de ácido nucléico. Além disso, são descritos processos para preparação de polifrutose, particularmente aquele do tipo inulina, usando os hospedeiros descritos e/ou a frutosiltransferase preparadas por eles.
