Abstract

''TRANSPORTADOR PADRãO NA FORMA DE UMA FOLHA DE PAPEL CONTìNUA, E, USO DE UM XAROPE DE SACARìDEO NãO CRISTALINO'' Um transportador padrão, para uso na impressão padrão por transferência para têxteis, compreende um papel com uma permeabilidade ao ar (porosidade de Bendtsen) maior do que 500 ml/min. e uma absorção de água correspondendo a um índice de Cobb de pelo menos 50, o citado papel estando revestido com uma dispersão aquosa de carbóxi-metil-celulose contendo um xarope de sacarídeo não cristalino, preferivelmente em uma quantidade de cerca de 30 g de dispersão por m², depois do que um ou mais padrões de cor são impressos sobre o citado papel, cada padrão de cor compreendendo um corante solúvel ou dispersável em água misturado com um veículo espessante facilmente solúvel com um efeito aglutinante temporário, preferivelmente na forma de carbóxi-metil-celulose. O uso de um xarope de sacarídeo, preferivelmente um xarope de sorbitol, para o revestimento, possibilita o emprego de papel não-tratado, absorvente, padrão, como a base do transportador padrão, o que proprociona óbvias vantagens financeiras e relacionadas à produção.
