Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE REVESTIMENTO DE PAPEL OU PAPELãO PIGMENTADA à BASE DE áGUA, E, MéTODO PARA MELHORAR O BRILHO EM LâMINA DE PAPEL OU PAPELãO REVESTIDO". Uma composição de revestimento de papel ou papelão pigmentada e à base de água contendo, como pigmento, de 50% a 100%, em peso, baseado no peso do pigmento, de carbonato de cálcio e de 1% a 25%, como peso seco, baseado no peso do pigmento, de uma dispersão polimérica aquosa incluindo (a)95-25%, em peso, baseado no peso dos sólidos da dispersão polimérica aquosa, de um primeiro polímero de emulsão tendo um diâmetro de partícula médio de 150 a 3000 nanómetros e (b)5-75%, em peso, baseado no peso dos sólidos da dispersão polimérica aquosa, de um segundo polímero de emulsão tendo um diâmetro de partícula médio de 40 a 600 nanómetros onde a proporção do diâmetro de partícula médio do primeiro polímero de emulsão para o diâmetro de partícula médio do segundo polímero de emulsão é de 1,2 a 60, onde pelo menos as partículas do primeiro polímero de emulsão, quando secas, contêm pelo menos um poro, e onde o primeiro polímero de emulsão é preparado na presença do segundo polímero de emulsão ou o segundo polímero de emulsão é preparado na presença do primeiro polímero de emulsão é fornecida, como o é um processo para melhorar o brilho em lâmina de papel ou papelão revestido com a composição de revestimento.
