Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM RECIPIENTE DE GRANDE VOLUME"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de um recipiente de grande volume, em forma de xícara ou de banheira, de material sintético termoplástico, com o qual é extrudada uma forma preliminar em forma de mangueira, de material sintético compacto, com um comprimento predeterminado, a qual em seguida moldada para assumir a forma de um recipiente (1). Para poder funcionar com dispositivos de extrusão e formas extremamente simples, primeiro a forma preliminar (6) extrudada é dilatada por uma dimensão predeterminada, e depois um núcleo (2) é introduzido de baixo para cima na forma preliminar (6) dilatada. Depois, a forma preliminar dilatada na sua extremidade inferior livre é apertada, de modo vedante, contra o núcleo (20) e em seguida a forma preliminar é moldada por meio de ar de moldagem para assumir a forma do recipiente (1).
