Abstract

"PROCESSO DE UNIR PELO MENOS QUATRO PLACAS DE TRANSFERêNCIA DE CALOR EM UM PACOTE DE PLACAS PARA UM TROCADOR DE CALOR DE PLACAS, E, PACOTE DE PLACAS DE PLACAS DE TRANSFERêNCIA DE CALOR UNIDAS PARA UM TROCADOR DE CALOR DE PLACAS" A invenção se refere a um processo de unir pelo menos 4 placas de transferência de calor 2 em um pacote de placas para um trocador de calor de placas. Cada placa de transferência de calor 2 compreende uma parte de borda externa 10 que se estende ao redor da placa de transferência de calor em sua área de borda, e uma parte de borda interna 11 que se estende ao redor da placa de transferência de calor dentro da parte de borda externa 10. As placas de transferência de calor 2 são unidas em pares em um primeiro plano de contato em pelo menos 2 pares de placas 16 ao longo de ditas porções de borda interna 11. Uma parte de borda externa de um de ditos pares de placas é trazida ao encontro em um segundo plano de contato 20 com uma parte de borda externa de um outro de ditos pares de placas. Duas porções de borda externa 10 são soldadas por meio de uma junta de solda 21 que é produzida por meio de um feixe de alta energia no sentido de uma das porções de borda externa e que tem uma linha de centro que se inclina em relação a dito plano de contato 20. A invenção também se refere a um pacote de placas produzido desta maneira.
