Abstract

<B>MéTODO ESTAçãO E DISPOSITIVO COMPACTO DE RESFRIAMENTO PóS-MOLDE<D>, referente a um método e a um dispositivo de resfriamento pós-molde, multi-estágio, usado em conjunto com uma máquina de moldagem por injeção tendo um tempo de ciclo agressivo e alta produção. O dispositivo da presente invenção inclui um dispositivo/estação 36 de condicionamento térmico com tubos de resfriamento 62 para manter separados os pré-formados 28 de cada série e efetuando o resfriamento dos pré-formados 28 moldados, vários níveis 60 de resfriamento separados para simultaneamente resfriar múltiplas séries de pré-formados, e dispositivos internos 64 para automaticamente transferir cada série de pré-formados 28 moldados de um nível 60 de resfriamento para o seguinte. Em uma configuração preferida, o aparelho/estação 36 de condicionamento térmico é parcialmente vedado para criar um ambiente de temperatura controlada para condicionar os artigos moldados. Em outra configuração, o aparelho/estação 36 de condicionamento térmico inclui um nível para reaquecer os pré-formados 28.
