Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE OLEFINAS LEVES"<D>. é proporcionado um processo para a conversão de metanol e/ou dimetil éter a um produto contendo C~ 2~-C~ 4~ olefinas, o qual compreende a etapa de contato de uma alimentação a qual contém metanol e/ou dimetil éter com um catalisador compreendendo um material cristalino poroso, a etapa de contato sendo conduzida na presença de um composto aromático co-alimentado sob condições de conversão, incluindo uma temperatura de 350 a 480 °C e uma pressão parcial do metanol acima de 70 kPa (10 psia), o material cristalino poroso tendo um tamanho de poro maior do que o diâmetro crítico do composto aromático e o composto aromático sendo capaz de alquilação pelo metanol e/ou dimetil éter sob condições de conversão.
