Abstract

''SOLUçãO MODULAR PARA TECNOLOGIA DE JATO DE TINTA'' A presente invenção provê módulos de mecanismo de impressão a serem usados com um módulo compatível de mecanismo de cópia física, um aparelho de cópia física baseado no mesmo, e métodos de fabricação, operação e uso. A fluídica e a distribuição eletrónica de um aparelho de cópia física de jato de tinta são redefinidas. A separação modular de uma máquina de cópia física de uma máquina de impressão permite um módulo de impressão contendo todos os elementos chaves do sistema de impressão de jato de tinta com base nos requisitos de tecnologia de sistema de impressão, particularmente aqueles mais prováveis de envelhecer ou falhar em conseq³ência do tempo de operação, da freq³ência de uso, e das ações de usuário. O sub-sistema de máquina de impressão inclui: um ou mais módulos de impressão tendo os elementos de cabeça de impressão com os correspondentes componentes de tubulação de distribuição de tinta e mecanismos de fluxo de tinta e de regulação de pressão; um ou mais recipientes de tinta, quer permanentes, recarregáveis ou substituíveis; uma ou mais formulações de tinta; um ou mais meios de fornecimento de tinta, tais como tubos e válvulas acoplando fluidicamente os recipientes às tubulações de distribuição de tinta; os componentes de estação de serviço; e uma estrutura para reter os elementos em um módulo unitário, de modo inserível similar a um cartucho. A presente invenção adicionalmente provê uma máquina de cópia física compatível com a máquina de impressão. A presente invenção não contém qualquer elemento requerendo contato direto com tinta. Os componentes molhados por tinta são predispostos a mudanças tecnológicas de jato de tinta sem afetar a interface elétrica e a interface mecânica entre a máquina elétrica e a máquina de cópia física.
