Abstract
"COMPóSITO ODONTOLóGICO". A presente invenção apresenta um compósito odontológico que tem a alta resistência requerida para restaurações que suportam cargas, e no entanto mantém uma aparência brilhante, mesmo após uso substancial. Através do uso de partículas tendo um tamanho médio de partículas entre 0,05<109>m , e aproximadamente 0,50<109>m, o compósito é útil em restaurações submetidas e esforço e em restaurações cosméticas. O enchimento estrutural usado é tipicamente moído até o tamanho de partículas de menos de 0,05<109>m e também inclui um micro- enchimento tendo um tamanho médio de partículas menor do que 0,05 <109>m para melhorar o manuseio e as características mecânicas. Os compósitos odontológicos preferidos mantém o acabamento de superfície mesmo após uso substancial e também têm a resistência dos compósitos híbridos de resinas. O enchimento estrutural é moído, tipicamente por moinho agitador, até o tamanho preferido de partículas.
