Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"APARELHO DE TRABALHO PARA BROCAS, INSTRUMENTOS DE CORTE E CHAVES DE PARAFUSO PARA FINALIDADES MéDICAS"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um aparelho de acionamento elétrico para utilização médica, em particular, para acionar brocas, instrumentos de corte e chaves de parafuso. Esses endo-instrumentos possuem regiões de rotação predeterminadas e compreendem limites de carga do momento de torção máximo permitido de acordo com os materiais dos mesmos. O dispositivo de acionamento está equipado com um motor de passo a fim de evitar a ultrapassagem dos limites de carga do momento de torção. O motor de passo é desligado quando o limite máximo do momento de torção é alcançado. O limite do momento de torção máximo do motor de passo é fixado abaixo do limite de carga do momento de torção do instrumento. A fim de estabelecer o limite de carga do momento de torção precisamente é efetuada uma calibragem dentro dos limites de uma operação de não-carregamento, durante a qual a eficiência do atarraxamento do eixo de acionamento do instrumento é detectada e com a qual é determinado o valor corrente para um momento de torção nulo.
