Abstract

<B>MOEDOR DE PELOTAS DE MATRIZ ESTACIONáRIA<D> O moedor de pelotas inclui um anel matriz que define uma cavidade de matriz, a qual recebe um suporte rotativo no qual é montada uma pluralidade de rolos que definem mordentes com a superfície interior do anel matriz. Uma entrada recebe o material alimentação, o qual é avançado na direção da cavidade de matriz por meio de um fuso. O fuso conduz o material alimentado até a lâminas condutoras e a um rotor, os quais expelem o material em um padrão pulverizado cónico na direção da cavidade de matriz. O padrão cónico de matriz é obtido por meio de um cone que gira com o suporte de rolos, o qual têm pás para conduzir o material alimentado para o interior dos mordentes entre os rolos e o anel matriz.
