Abstract

''MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR INSERTOS ROSCADOS DIVIDIDOS COM REFRIGERAçãO, POR MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO", sendo dito método usado para produzir insertos usados para pré-formados de garrafas produzidas por moldagem por injeção. Usinando uma peça externa oca do par de insertos roscados divididos, com uma abertura através do mesmo, e porções externas de dois canais que se estendem da abertura através dos mesmos até as respectivas entradas e saídas. Produzindo uma parte interna do par de insertos roscados por moldagem a partir de um núcleo cerâmico com a forma necessária e fundição em coquilha da parte interna em volta do núcleo cerâmico. A superfície externa da parte interna possui ranhuras para formar parcialmente porções internas dos dois canais para fluido refrigerante. Em seguida, usinando a parte interna do elemento fundido para encaixar na abertura através da parte externa. Montando a parte externa em volta da parte interna com as porções interna e externa dos dois canais para fluido refrigerante alinhadas. Aplicando material de solda forte entre as partes interna e externa e aquecendo-as num forno a vácuo para soldá-las integralmente juntas. Finalmente cortando as partes interna e externa da peça no início para formar o par de insertos roscados divididos com cada um dos insertos roscados divididos tendo um dos canais para fluido refrigerante no mesmo.
