Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA FAZER ACRILONITRILA OU METACRILONITRILA E PROCESSO PARA A MANUFATURA DE UM CATALISADOR DE óXIDO DE VANáDIO-ANTIMÈNIO". Processo para fazer acrilonitrila ou metacrilonitrila, compreendendo reagir cataliticamente na fase vapor uma parafina selecionada dentre propano e isobutano com oxigênio e amónia moleculares por contato catalítico dos reagentes em uma zona de reação com um catalisador, a composição de alimentação tendo uma razão molar de parafina para amónia na faixa de cerca de 2,5 a 16 e uma razão molar de parafina para oxigênio de cerca de 1,0 a 10, sendo que o catalisador tem os elementos nas proporções indicadas pela fórmula empírica: VSb~ m~A~ a~Mo~ b~D~ d~O~ x~ onde A é um ou mais dentre Ti, Sn, Fe, Cr, e Ga; D é um ou mais dentre Li, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Co, Ni, Zn, Ge, Nb, Zr, W, Cu, Te, Ta, Se, Bi, Ce, In, As, B e Mn; m é igual a 0,8 a 4; a é igual a 0,01 a 2; 0<b<0,005; d é 0 a 2; x é determinado pelo estado de oxidação dos cátions presentes, e o catalisador foi termo-tratado a uma temperatura de pelo menos 780°C.
