Abstract

"PROCESSO DE MEDIçãO DE PERFIL DE CILINDRO". Um processo de medição de perfil de cilindro utiliza um suporte de detector de deslocamento fornecido de forma móvel de uma forma alternante ao longo de uma direção axial de um cilindro de trabalho, e um conjunto de detector de deslocamento de dois detectores de deslocamento montados em uma distância central L~ c~ um do outro no suporte de detector de deslocamento para medir as irregularidades na superfície do cilindro de trabalho na direção axial do cilindro de trabalho. O processo de medição de perfil de cilindro compreende: a medição das irregularidades na superfície do cilindro de trabalho sobre o comprimento total do cilindro de trabalho movendo o suporte de detector de deslocamento na direção axial do cilindro de trabalho; e processamento de uma corrente de dados de valores medidos compostos obtidos com base na diferença entre os dados medidos fornecidos pelos detectores de deslocamento para determinar o perfil de superfície do cilindro de trabalho na direção axial do cilindro de trabalho.
