Abstract

"INSERçãO DE CAVIDADE E ENTRADA DE TRêS PARTES PARA MOLDAGEM A INJEçãO", compreendendo uma entrada que se estende através dela, a qual recebe um bico injetor aquecido e forma parte de cavidade. A inserção de cavidade e entrada tem uma passagem de fluído resfriada que se estende através da mesma. A inserção de cavidade e entrada tem uma parte interna, uma parte externa e um parte de entrada. As partes interna e externa, que estão em contato com o fluído resfriado são feitas em material resistente à corrosão, como o aço inoxidável. A parte de entrada, a qual não está em contato com o fluído resfriado é confeccionada em um material ainda mais resistente ao desgaste e choque térmico, tal como o aço de ferramentas H13 ou um carbureto de tungstênio.
