Abstract
"APARELHO DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO, NúCLEO DE MOLDE DE INJEçãO INTEGRAL, MéTODO PARA MELHORAR A EFICIêNCIA DE REFRIGERAçãO DE UM NúCLEO DE MOLDE E MéTODO PARA FABRICAR UM NúCLEO DE MOLDE", compreendendo um aparelho de moldagem a injeção com cada núcleo de molde refrigerado alongado (10) tendo vários orifícios de fluido de refrigeração (118) ou ranhuras (134) que se prolongam em torno de um conduto central de fluido de refrigeração (104). Uma tampa frontal em forma de domo (76) tem nervuras curvas (132) que formam ranhuras curvas de fluido de refrigeração (134) alinhadas com os orifícios (118) ou ranhuras (134) de fluido de refrigeração. As nervuras curvas (132) conferem mais resistência à tampa frontal em forma de domo (76) o que permite que ele seja mais fino com as ranhuras curvas de fluido de refrigeração (134) sendo mais próximas da cavidade (66) para melhorar a eficiência da refrigeração.
