Abstract

"ATIVADOR DE CATALISADOR ZWITERIÈNICO, SISTEMA CATALISADOR PARA POLIMERIZAçãO DE <244>-OLEFINAS E PROCESSO DE POLIMERIZAçãO". Um ativador de catalisador particularmente adaptado para uso na ativação de complexos metálicos de metais do Grupo 3-10 para polimerização de monómeros polimerizáveis etilenicamente insaturados, especialmente olefinas, compreendendo um composto zwiteriónico correspondendo à fórmula (I) ou (II), onde: L+ é um derivado protonado de um elemento do Grupo 15 da Tabela Periódica dos Elementos, adicionalmente suportando dois substituintes hidrocarbonila de 1 a 50 carbonos cada, ou um derivado positivamente carregado de um elemento do Grupo 14 da Tabela Periódica dos Elementos, o citado elemento do Grupo 14 sendo substituído com três substituintes hidrocarbila de 1 a 50 carbonos cada; R1 é um grupo ligante divalente de 1 a 40 átomos não de hidrogênio; R2 independentemente em cada ocorrência é um grupo ligante de 1 a 50 átomos não de hidrogênio com a provisão que em um número suficiente de ocorrências para equilibrar a carga no composto. R2 é L+-R1-; R4 é um grupo hidreto ou haleto formador de ponte ou um grupo ligante divalente de 1 a 40 átomos não de hidrogênio; M1 é boro, alumínio ou gálio; Arf independentemente em cada ocorrência é um grupo orgânico fluorado, monovalente, contendo de 6 a 100 átomos não de hidrogênio; Y é um elemento do Grupo 15; e Z é um elemento do Grupo 14.
