Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA PREPARAçãO DE POLìMEROS"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um método e a um aparelho para introduzir lama de polímero obtida de um reator de lama em um reator de fase gasosa contendo um leito fluidizado (C, D). De acordo com a presente invenção, o conteúdo do reator de lama (R1) é conduzido diretamente para o reator de leito fluidizado (R2) como uma corrente de fases múltiplas compreendendo o polímero, o catalisador ativo e o meio reacional, usando pelo menos uma linha de alimentação (10, 11, 12), e a corrente é alimentada abaixo de uma primeira zona fluidizada (C) do reator de fase gasosa, via a tubulação de entrada se projetando para o leito fluidizado, para aumentar a conversão de passagem única do processo. Por meio da invenção, a proporção de monómeros não reagidos, que necessita ser recirculada, é minimizada e os custos de investimento e operacional da seção de recuperação são bastante reduzidos.
